Returns

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.  
  • Customized or Personalized Items: These items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.
